នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី០៧​ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០១២ នៅទីស្នាក់ការកណ្តាល រាជធានីភ្នំពេញបានរៀបចំ ពិធីសំណេះសំណាល ដើម្បីពង្រឹងសកម្មភាពការងារ ក្រោមព្រះអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ សម្តេចក្រុមព្រះ នរោត្តម រណឫទ្ធិ ព្រះប្រធានគណបក្ស នរោត្តម រណឫទ្ធិ និងមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីសំណាក់ព្រឹទ្ធបុរស អគ្គលេខាធិកា រសមាជិកសមាជិកា ថ្នាក់កណ្តាលរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។ ក្នុងពិធីនោះដែរ សមេ្តចក្រុមព្រះ ក៏បានក្រកាស ប្រធានក្រុមការងារថ្មីគឺសហជីវិន នរ៉ាណាឫទ្ធិ អានន្ទដាយ៉ាត ជាប្រធានក្រុមការងារ រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ បន្ទាប់ពីមានការលាឈប់ពីប្រធានក្រុមការងារចាស់។

SAMDECH KROM PREAH APPOINTS NEW HEAD FOR PHNOM PENH
In the morning of 7 January 2012, at the Norodom Ranariddh Party’s central headquarters in Tuol Kauk, Samdech Krom Preah Norodom Ranariddh, accompanied by senior members of the Party, met with representatives of the NRP from all districts and communes of the capital.  Samdech Krom Preah informed those present of his deep commitment to improve the party standings in Phnom Penh.  Samdech took advantage of the meeting to introduce Sah. Noranaridh Anandayat as the new head for the Capital Electoral Working Group for the NRP.
