Billet du Jour (60) Un adage français dit « l’enfer est pavé de bonnes intentions ». Cela signifie qu’avec de bonnes paroles « on » vous amènera en enfer. Cet ancien adage me fait penser à ce qu’est entrain de nous dire un « fameux chroniqueur » de la radio « Sambok khmoum », en français « nid d’abeilles», en outre Président d’une association : « suivez-moi, ensemble nous chasserons les «Yuons » ou Vietnamiens du Cambodge »! Ca sonne formidable ! Nous craignons sincèrement que cette « bonne intention » conduira ceux qui croient et suivent « notre homme » tout droit en enfer. En effet, tout le monde sait que la question « yuons » est au Cambodge extrêmement sensible ! Si notre chroniqueur de radio pouvait en parler sans être inquiété c’est qu’on lui permet de le faire, comme ce fut le cas de Mr. Kem Sokha. Notre homme jouerait alors le même rôle que ce dernier : ramasser les voix de l’opposition pour ensuite les emmener en enfer c’est-à-dire… ! On pourrait nous répondre que notre chroniqueur n’est pas chef de parti politique. Pour le « moment » oui ! Mais cela pourrait changer avant les élections générales de 2013. Et si ce n’est pas le cas, à quoi sert son association ? La réponse est « claire comme l’eau de roche », en anglais « cristal clear » ! Que ceux qui croient en notre éditeur de radio essaient de proférer publiquement des slogans anti-yuons et ils verront…Dans le même ordre d’idée, nous ne pensons pas que le Prince Ranariddh puisse dire, au sujet des Yuons, le centième ce que dit « notre éditeur ». C’est ainsi que le PNR préfère s’en tenir au programme de gouvernement signé par le Prince Ranariddh au nom du vrai Fcp avec le PPC en 2004, pour traiter au fond, le problème de l’immigration conformément aux lois relatives à l’immigration et à la nationalité. Samdech Ranariddh aurait pu obtenir des résultats concrets si 1/ Sam Raingsy n’avait pas proposé, avec succès, son fameux majorité absolu (moitié plus une voix) pour former le nouveau Gouvernement, au lieu de la majorité renforcée des 2/3 et 2/ Nhek Bun Chhay et son clan n’avaient pas déposé illégalement le Prince Ranariddh le 18/10/2006 de la présidence du Fcp ! Ce sont ces deux évènements qui ont empêché le Prince Ranariddh et le vrai Funcinpec de faire aboutir la proposition tendant à résoudre la question de l’immigration au Cambodge, avec notamment la création d’un « Ministère de l’immigration ». Les vrais Royalistes, Sihanoukistes, Patriotes, Nationalistes etc. diront : ensemble votons pour le PNR, pour régler, dans la légalité et la paix, la question de l’immigration illégale au plan physique et économique au Cambodge. Note of the day (60) A French saying said that “hell is paved with good intention”. It is meant that with good words “one” will bring you to hell. This ancient saying brings me to what a “Famous Radio Commentator”, the “Sambok Khmom” or in English “The Bee Hive”, is now saying: “Follow me altogether; we will chase away the “Yuons” or Vietnameses out of Cambodia””. It sounds great. We are sincerely afraid that this “good intention” will bring those who believe and follow “our man” straight ahead to hell. In essence, everyone knows that “Yuons’s matter” is very sensitive in Cambodia! Therefore, if our Radio Commentator can speak out without any threat, it is because he is allowed to do so, it is the case of Mr Kem Sokha. “Our Man” would then play the same role as the latter: to gather the opposition’s voices in order to bring them straight to hell, i.e.…! One could answer that our Radio Commentator is not a leader of any political party. For the “moment” yes! But it could change before the 2013 general elections. If it would not be the case, why setting up an association? The response is “crystal clear”! Should those who believe and follow our Radio Commentator try to publicly shout against the “Yuons”, they will see…In the same way, we do not believe that Prince Ranariddh could say one of one hundred of what our national Radio Commentator said about the Yuons. It is why the NRP prefers to stick to the political programme of the Government signed with the CPP in 2004 by Prince Ranariddh, then on behalf of FCP, in order to go to the heart of the immigration problems in conformity with the immigration and the citizenship laws. Prince Ranariddh would be able to obtain concrete results if 1/ Sam Raingsy did not successfully propose “his” absolute majority procedure (Fifty plus one) to form a new government, instead of the reinforced majority (2/3) and 2/ Nhek Bunchhay and his clans did not illegally deposed Prince Ranariddh on the 18/10/2006 from the chairmanship of FCP. It was these two events that prevented the Prince and the then genuine FCP to succeed in solving the immigration’s matter in Cambodia, through, mainly, the setting up of the “Immigration Ministry”. The real Royalists, Sihanoukists, Patriots, Nationalists etc. will say: altogether do vote for the NRP, in order, within legality and peace, to solving the illegal, physical and economical, immigration’s matter in Cambodia.
