សម្តេចក្រុមព្រះ នរោត្តម រណឫទ្ធិ ព្រះប្រធានគណបក្សនរោត្តម រណឫទ្ធិ បានព្រះអនុញ្ញាតឲ្យឯកឧត្តម ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតព័រទុយហ្គាល់ ប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ចូលក្រាបបង្គំគាល់ និងពិភាក្សាការងារ នាថ្ងៃទី០២ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០១១ នៅទីស្នាក់ការកណ្តាល គណបក្សនរោត្តម រណឫទ្ធិ ស្ថិតក្នុងខ័ណ្ឌទួលគោក រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។ នាឱកាសនោះសម្តេច ក្រុមព្រះ បានមានព្រះបន្ទូលទៅកាន់ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូត អំពីស្ថានភាពនយោយបាយនៅប្រទេស កម្ពុជា បច្ចុប្បន្នដែលកំពុងតែឈរលើនយោយបាយរួបរួមគ្នាជាធ្លុងមួយ ដើម្បីកសាងប្រទេស ជាតិ ស្របតាមព្រះរាជតំរិះ ព្រះករុណាព្រះបាទ សម្តេចព្រះនរោត្តម សីហនុ ព្រះមហាវីរក្សត្រ ព្រះវររាជបិតាជាតិខ្មែរ។ សម្តេចក្រុមព្រះ ក៏បានជម្រាបជូនផងដែរអំពីដំណើរការវិវឌ្ឍន៍ នៃសាលាក្តីខ្មែរក្រហម និងស្ថានភាពនយោបាយការបរទេស ជាពិសេសការប្រឈម ដាក់គ្នារវាងចិន និងអាមេរិក ចិននិងអាស៊ី។ ក្នុងព្រះឋានៈជាព្រះប្រធានគណបក្ស រាជានិយមពិតប្រាកដមួយនៅកម្ពុជា សម្តេចក្រុមព្រះ គាំទ្រឲ្យមាននយោបាយរួបរួមជាតិ និងឲ្យមានការស្វែងរកដំណោះស្រាយការប្រឈមមុខដាក់គ្នា ដោយសន្តិវិធី ជៀសវាងការ ប្រឈមមុខដាក់គ្នាដោយអាវុធ ទាំងនៅក្នុងតំបន់និងនៅក្នុងពិភពលោកទាំងមូល។
SAMDECH KROM PREAH RECEIVES THE PORTUGUESE AMBASSADOR
In the morning of 2 December 2011, at the headquarters of the Norodom Ranariddh Party in Tuol Kauk, Samdech Krom Preah President of the Norodom Ranariddh Party, granted an audience to the Ambassador of Portugual, H. E. Dr. Jorge Torres-Pereira, who is in residence in Bangkok, Thailand, but also accredited to Cambodia. During an hour-long broad exchange of views on the political, economic, and social situation in Cambodia during which the Ambassador sought to tag on to the Prince’s wisdom and experience as a former prime minister to educate himself, Samdech Krom Preah informed H. E. Dr. Torres-Pereira of the many changes that took place recently in Cambodia. Samdech Krom Preah and the Ambassador also covered other topics as well such as the Khmer Rouge Tribunal and the latest developments in international relations in the Pacific region. The Prince particularly stressed that, as a political party, the NRP will always seek a resolution to all conflicts through peaceful means.

សម្តេចក្រុមព្រះ នរោត្តម រណឫទ្ធិ ព្រះប្រធានគណបក្សនរោត្តម រណឫទ្ធិ បានព្រះអនុញ្ញាតឲ្យឯកឧត្តម រ៉ូឌី វេស្រ្តាធិន Rudi Veestraeten ឯកអគ្គរាជទូតប៊ែលហ៊្សិក ប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រថៃ ចូលក្រាបបង្គំគាល់ និងពិភាក្សាការងារ នាថ្ងៃទី០១ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០១១ នៅទីស្នាក់ការកណ្តាល គណបក្សនរោត្តម រណឫទ្ធិ ស្ថិតក្នុងខ័ណ្ឌទួលគោក រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។ នាឱកាសនោះសម្តេចក្រុមព្រះ បានមានព្រះបន្ទូលទៅកាន់ឯកអគ្គរាជទូត អំពីការប្រកាន់យក នូវគោលនយោបាយមាគ៌ាកណ្តាលរបស់គណបក្សនរោត្តម រណឫទ្ធិ គឺមិនប្រឆាំង និងមិនចូលជាមួយគណបក្ស ណាមួយឡើយហើយក៏មិនបំបែកសម្លេងរបស់គណបក្សណា មួយដែរ គឺគ្រាន់តែប្រមែប្រមូលកម្លាំងអ្នកធ្លាប់គាំទ្រព្រះអង្គកាលពីឆ្នាំ១៩៩៣ តែប៉ុណ្ណោះ។ ជាពិសេសគណបក្សនរោត្តម រណឫទ្ធិ មិនប៉ះពាល់សម្លេងគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា ប្រមាណជា៣.៤លាននាក់នោះទេ គឺយើងសំឡឹងទៅរកសម្លេងដែលនៅសល់ប្រមាណជា ៥.៤លាននាក់ ដែលជាអ្នករាជានិយម សីហនុនិយម និងអ្នកជាតិនិយម ដោយប្រមែប្រមូល ឲ្យទៅជាកំលាំងជាតិដ៏ធំមួយ បូកនឹងកំលាំងជាតិមួយទៀត ដើម្បីបំរើជាតិ និងដោះស្រាយ បញ្ហាជាតិ ដូចជាអំពើពុករលួយ និងជម្លោះដីធ្លីជាដើម។
SAMDECH KROM PREAH GRANTS AUDIENCE TO BELGIAN AMBASSADOR
On 1 December 2011, Samdech Krom Preah Norodom Ranariddh, President of the Norodom Ranariddh Party, received in audience H. E. Mr. Rudi Veestraeten, the Belgian Ambassador accredited to Cambodia, who came to pay his respects to the Prince at the NRP headquarters in Phnom Penh’s Tuol Kauk District. During the Ambassador’s visit, Samdech Krom Preah explained the reasons why he and his royalist party decided to adopt the middle of the road policy of the Middle Way which consists of neither standing against nor joining with any political party. The Prince stressed the fact that he merely seeks to reunify all the elements that supported him since 1993 in a single political party. He expressly informed the Ambassador that it is not his intention to try to woo away any member of the Cambodian People’s Party which solidly controls a membership following of 3.4 million people but rather tries to enlist the support of the remaining 5.4 million voters in Cambodia, who comprise many die-hard royalists, Sihanoukists, and other nationalist elements in order to build a national force that will cooperate with any other national forces, including the ruling party, to serve the Nation.

SAMDECH KROM PREAH GRANTS INTERVIEWS TO RFI AND CEN
In the morning of 15 November 2011, at the Norodom Ranariddh Party headquarters in Tuol Kauk, Samdech Krom Preah granted an interview to correspondents of the French Radio France Internationale (RFI) and the online newspaper Cambodia Express News (CEN). A number of new political developments in Cambodia were raised particularly the Norodom Ranariddh Party middle way policy.

ព្រឹកថ្ងែទី១៣ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០១១ នៅទីស្នាក់កាកណ្តាល គណបក្សនរោត្តម រណឫទ្ឋិ ក្រុងភ្នំពេញសម្តេចក្រុមព្រះ ព្រះប្រធានគណបក្សនរោត្តម រណឫទ្ឋិ បានអនុញ្ញាតឪ្យលោក សាស្រ្តាចារ្យ Jorn Doseh នៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ Leeds និងលោក Denis Schrey នាយកមូលនិធិខុនរ៉ាដ អាដិបណៅអ៊ែរ ប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ចូលក្រាបបង្គំគាល់ និងសម្តែងកាគួរសម ពិភាគក្សាការងារ។
គោលបំណងនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ គឺសំដែងការគូសម ក្នុងនាមលោកជា ប្រធានមូលនិធិខុនរ៉ាដ អាដិបណៅអ៊ែរថ្មី ប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ដើម្បីបន្តកិច្ចសហ ប្រតិបតិការរវាងមូលនិធិ និង គណបក្សនរោត្តម រណឫទ្ឋិ។
សម្តេចក្រុមព្រះ ព្រះប្រធាន គណបក្សនរោត្តម រណឫទ្ឋិបានសំដែងនូវអំណអគុណចំពោះមូល និធិដែល បានសហប្រតិបតិការដ៏ល្អ ជាពិសេសការជួយដល់គណបក្សនរោត្តម រណឫទ្ឋិ ក្នុងការជួយ បណ្តុះបណ្តាលយុវជននាពេលកន្លងមក។ ព្រះអង្គក៏បានសូមពរដលលោកនាយក មូលនិធិខុនរ៉ាដ អាដិបណៅអ៊ែរ អោយជូយលើការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលអ្នកអង្កេតការបោះឆ្នោត ក្រុមព្រឹក្សាឃុំនូវ ឆ្នាំ២០១២ខាងមុខនេះផងដែ។

SAMDECH KROM PREAH RECEIVES THE ADENAUER FOUNDATION
On 13 October 2011, Samdech Krom Preah, President of the Norodom Rananriddh Party, received in audience at the Party headquarters in Phnom Penh Professor Jorn Doseh of the University of Leeds in England, a consultant for the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, and Mr. Denis Schrey, Country Director of the foundation for Cambodia. The purpose of the visit was for the new Country Director to introduce himself and to ensure continuity of cooperation between the foundation and the Norodom Ranariddh Party. During the audience, Samdech Krom Preah expressed his deep appreciation in behalf of the NRP for past assistance provided it by the foundation, especially in the area of youth training. Samdech Krom Preah stressed the importance of political and civic education of the youth in general as they are the future of the country and requested continued assistance of the foundation in this field as well as in training electoral observers so they could fulfill their duties in a more meaningful manner in the up-coming commune elections in 2012. Both Professor Doseh and Mr. Schrey thanked Samdech Krom Preah for taking the time to see them and pledged to continue the good relationship of cooperation between the foundation and the NRP.
